How soon can I expect delivery of my order…?
Our normal lead time is 10 to 14 working days to ship. Special requests may take longer. We will contact you if there are any unusual delays that may alter this time frame. Flamemaster Corporation makes every effort to accomodate AOG situations. Please contact our sales staff for assistance.
What are my payment terms … ?
For government customers, payment terms are net 30 days. Commercial customers must provide credit information to establish an account. Orders can be shipped COD or paid in advance. Credit card orders are accepted. Government customers may use the GSA Advantage website.
Is there a minimum order and are there volume discounts … ?
Yes, Our minimum order for commercial customers is $220.00. There are volume discounts please contact our sales department for pricing. There are various price breaks, discounts normally apply to case lots and above.
What kit sizes are available … ?
Products listed under the Coatings heading are normally packaged in Gallon or Quart kits. Products listed under Sealants heading are packaged in 2 1/2 oz. (2 oz. fill) or 6 oz. (3 1/2 oz. fill) cartridges, 1/2 Pints, Pints, Quarts, Gallons, 5-Gallon and Drum Kits.
Are materials available in premixed and frozen kits … ?
Not at this time.
Do you provide Hazmat and World Wide shipping … ?
Yes, Flamemaster is a qualified performance-oriented packager and is certified to package and ship worldwide.
