FLAMEMASTER REPORTS A NARROWER LOSS ON FLAT SALES FOR THE 1ST QUARTER ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2012

Pacoima, California, April 16, 2013 – Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets “FAME.PK”) reported a loss of ($60,934) on sales of $983,697 for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.  In the prior year’s quarter, the Company reported a loss of $137,656 on sales of $1,002,138.  Per share results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 was a loss of ($.05) compared to a loss of ($.12) per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
