FLAMEMASTER REPORTS EARNINGS OF $0.14 PER SHARE
FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2012

Pacoima, California, February 28, 2013 – Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets “FAME.PK”) reported net income of $168,938 on sales of $4,905,073 for the year ended September 30, 2012.  In the previous year earnings were $269,120 on sales of $5,075,116.  Per share results were $.14 fully diluted in 2012 vs. $.22 fully diluted in 2011.

For the 4th quarter ended September 30, 2012, the Company reported net income more than doubled to $110,333 on a 10.5% sales increase to $1,265,423, compared to net income of $49,216 on sales of $1,143,200 in the prior year.  Per share results for the quarter ending September 30, 2012 were $.09 compared to $.04 for the quarter ending September 30, 2011

The company continues to expand its product lines and distribution network.
