FLAMEMASTER REPORTS EARNINGS ADVANCED BY MORE THAN 150%
TO $.38 PER SHARE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2014
ON A 27% INCREASE IN SALES
Pacoima, California, January 09, 2015 – Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets “FAME.PK”) reported net income of $434,629 on sales of $5,511,714 for the year ended September 30, 2014. A 27% increase. In the previous year earnings were $174,528 on sales of $4,339,926. Per share results were $.38 fully diluted in 2014 vs. $.15 fully diluted in 2013.
For the 4th quarter ended September 30, 2014, the Company reported net income rose by more than 84% to $336,018 on sales of $2,055,724, a record. In the 4th quarter ended September 30, 2013 the Company reported net income of $182,437 on sales of $1,211,190. Per share results for the quarter ending September 30, 2014 were $.29 compared to $.16 in the previous year’s quarter.
Flamemaster has expanded its customer base and product offerings during the last two quarters of its fiscal year. The Company also launched a new and improved website in the 4th quarter that has been customized with web search features for locating products by application, by product name, by specification and by NSN (National Stock Number). The new website has been helpful in providing both new and existing customers with the information they require, thus allowing Flamemaster to expand its volume of business.
