FLAMEMASTER CORPORATION COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS

We would like to inform our stakeholders of the ever-changing environment caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Flamemaster is deemed an “essential” business due to our aerospace, military and defense contracts and we are making every effort possible in continuing our operations with minimal impact.  Safety is our top priority and our team is dedicated to the health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers.  Adjustments will be made along the way as we navigate through these unprecedented times but we are striving for as close to “business and usual” as we can get without compromising the health of our personnel. 

Flamemaster has taken every precautionary measure to safeguard its employees and instituted every sanitation recommendation from the CDC.  A few of the key measures taken are:

  • Internal in-person meeting limitations
  • Travel restrictions
  • Work from home expansion
  • Social distancing
  • Expansion of facility cleaning and sanitation protocols
  • No visitor policy
  • Modification of our receiving raw material process

We are also in constant communication with our key suppliers in order to properly prepare for any potential delays in receiving materials.

The Company has experienced a small drop off in orders and some cancellations due to the effects of COVID 19 on the economy.  The measures we are taking along with the Company’s strong financial condition puts us on a good footing for future growth when the economy recovers. 

We will continue to monitor the COVID 19 situation and take additional precautionary measures as may become necessary.  We do not know the extent the current and future economic climate will have on Flamemaster but as of March 31, 2020, Flamemaster is on pace for another record sales year.
