FLAMEMASTER REPORTS EARNINGS OF $.03 PER SHARE ON A 1.1% INCREASE IN REVENUE FOR THE QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2014

Pacoima, California, June 3, 2014 – Flamemaster Corporation (OTC “FAME”) today reported a gain of $30,192 or $.03 per share on sales of $1,092,448 for the quarter ended March 31, 2014, compared to a gain of $429 or ($.00) per share on sales of $1,079,785 for the year earlier period.

For the six month period ended March 31, 2014 the Company reported a gain of $55,971 or $.05 on sales of $2,311,776, a 12% increase, compared to a loss of ($41,570) or ($.04) per share on sales of $2,064,681 in the prior year.

Flamemaster is a Southern California based specialty chemicals manufacturer servicing the aerospace, electronic, communication, marine, energy, transportation and defense industries with high performance aircraft sealants and coatings.
