FLAMEMASTER REPORTS EARNINGS OF $0.15 PER SHARE
FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2013

Pacoima, California, March 06, 2014 – Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets “FAME.PK”) reported net income of $174,582 on sales of $4,339,926 for the year ended September 30, 2013.  In the previous year earnings were $168,938 on sales of $4,905,073.  Per share results were $.15 fully diluted in 2013 vs. $.14 fully diluted in 2012.

For the 4th quarter ended September 30, 2013, the Company reported net income rose by 65% to $182,437 on sales of $1,211,190, compared to net income of $110,333 on sales of $1,265,423 in the prior year.  Per share results for the quarter ending September 30, 2013 were $.16 compared to $.09 for the quarter ending September 30, 2012.

The company has added several new direct customers as well as distributors for the Asian and South American markets.

Flamemaster is a Southern California based specialty chemicals manufacturer servicing the aerospace, electronic, communication, marine, energy, transportation and defense industries with high performance aircraft sealants and coatings.
