FLAMEMASTER DECLARES 98th CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

Pacoima, California: Flamemaster Corporation (Pink Sheets – “FAME.PK”), declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.02 payable on July 16, 2015 to shareholders of record, June 25, 2015.

Joshua Mazin, Executive Vice President of Flamemaster Corporation, has been elected to additional posts of Secretary-Treasurer of the Corporation.

Flamemaster Corporation is a specialty chemicals manufacturer servicing the aerospace, defense, energy and transportation industries with high performance aircraft sealants and coatings. The Company has also added contract packaging and manufacturing services capacity.
