FLAMEMASTER REPORTS EARNINGS OF $.03 PER SHARE ON LOWER SALES FOR THE QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 2013

Pacoima, California, September 20, 2013 – Flamemaster Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets “FAME”) today reported earnings of $33,715 or $.03 per share on a 32% decline in sales to $1,064,055 for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.  In the prior year’s quarter, The Company reported a net of $302,661 or $.26 per share on sales of $1,564,792

For the nine-month period ended June 30, 2013, sales declined by 14% to $3,128,736 compared to $3,639,650 in the year earlier period.  The Company reported a loss of ($7,855) for the nine-month period ended June 30, 2013 compared to $58,605 gain in the prior year.  Per share results were ($.01) for the 2013 period vs. $.05 for the 2012 period.

The Company has expanded into several new markets and expects its products will be well received.
